Mechanical cleaning and surface treatment
The process of mechanical cleaning of machine parts and vacuum chambers depends on the nature of the deposited material. In our work we use grinding, blasting or polishing processes. We provide disassembly and reassembly of the parts.
As part of surface treatment, we offer an option of applying a layer of aluminium using the heat metallization technique. This technique can also be applied to more refined parts with possible masking of the surfaces that do not require this treatment. In addition to the metallization technique, we treat surfaces by blasting small and large parts in sandblasting booths. We are able to provide the roughness of corundum at the customer’s request.
