Chemical cleaning of machines and machine parts

A chemical process is primarily focused on removing metal deposits off basic materials by using chemical solutions. We work with both acid and alkaline baths and organic solvents in our operation.

With regard to the needs of each customer, the processes we use include degreasing, selective wet etching and stripping. Degreasing is a chemical method used especially for parts and equipment with high cleanliness requirements. The most commonly used method of cleaning is selective wet etching, which removes most metallic and non-metallic and a wide range of organic coatings from a variety of materials. The paint stripping method removes organic coatings (varnishes, paints) used, among other things, in the automotive industry.

The services we provide are chosen so that they are friendly to the basic substrates and their life cycle is extended as much as possible.
